New Tumblr and more reviews coming soon!

My main Tumblr is back from the dead, under the same name as this blog, so they are basically sister sites.

My comeback post can be read below, and see you soon for more!

''New name! (for real this time I swear)
Almost three years ago this blog was left for dead, waiting for a new title and possibly a new identity.
My adventure with Tumblr started in 2012, when I started absurdcomics.tumblr.com, a blog where I would post my stupid comic strips; mainly ‘Mario and Friends’, a sort of parody of Mario Bros and the Nintendo universe, if there was too much poop jokes, hydrogen bombs explosions, swears and did I mention poop jokes?
I made the stupid decision to make Absurd Comics my second blog, because, if I remember correctly, I wanted to make this space a review blog and it never worked out (or you know I never made the effort to actually write a damn review).
So by then I intended to make it the more ‘serious’ part of my art and my friend Simon (https://www.instagram.com/shnubuts/) and I decided to form a studio called Jake & Jeff Studio. It worked for some time (by that I mean 2 likes every month), but we thought that the name was pretty stupid so we decided to go with another name.
That name was Studio Infinitus. Yeah, I know…
So that iteration didn’t work long and here we are.
I’m not sure if I’ll keep all the old posts, but if you stumble on some great and some really shitty art, you know they are from the decaying corpse of the old blogs.
It always bugged me that I couldn’t delete that blog without deleting Absurd Comics too so I finally decided to make it the Tumblr version of my Blogspot (http://gabsblogextravaganza.blogspot.ca).
Ironically, the first and only post on there is almost 2 years old, but I intend on maybe kick my ass to start reading more and write more and keeping all my platforms alive  and maybe even a Youtube channel-  to reach the widest audience possible! (I.E about 10 people, like you!)''

'Rembrandt' by Olivier & Denis Deprez

Rembrandt van Rijn was, arguably, one of the greatest artist of his time. You’ve probably seen his paintings and if not, well open a book (or maybe a new tab) and learn a bit! Why bother being healthy or having a life when you can stay inside and learn all about the master of the Dutch golden age?
